From Selection to Installation
1. Project Submission
Clients begin by submitting their project details to Win-Win Windows. This initial step involves providing comprehensive data about their specific needs and requirements for windows and doors.
2. Quotation Review
Upon receiving the project information, Win-Win Windows conducts a thorough review to understand the scope and specifications. We then provide clients with a detailed quotation, outlining costs, timelines, and materials.
3. Quotation Confirmation
Clients are encouraged to review the provided quotation carefully and confirm all details, including measurements, designs, and specific requests, to ensure complete accuracy and satisfaction.
4. Contract Finalization
Following client confirmation, Win-Win Windows finalizes the quotation and proceeds to sign a contract with the client. This step formalizes the agreement and sets the project into motion.
5. Deposit Payment
Clients make a deposit payment as outlined in the contract. This payment secures the order and initiates the manufacturing process for the custom windows and doors.
6. Production Commencement
With the deposit received, Win-Win Windows starts the production of the windows and doors. Our manufacturing process adheres to the highest standards of quality and precision, ensuring that every product meets our clients' expectations.
7. Balance Settlement
Before the delivery of the windows and doors, clients are required to settle the balance payment as agreed in the contract. This step ensures a smooth transition to the delivery phase.
8. Delivery Arrangement
Win-Win Windows organizes the delivery of the completed windows and doors to the client's location. Our team ensures that all products are securely packed and transported, arriving in perfect condition.
9. Reception and Inspection
Upon receiving their order, clients are advised to inspect the windows and doors to confirm that all items are received as specified and in pristine condition, ensuring complete satisfaction.
10. After-Sales Support
