How long is the product delivery time?

Following advance payment and design confirmation, production begins with a timeline of 4-5 weeks. Shipping to your local port will take an additional 2-3 weeks, culminating in a total of 7-8 weeks from production to delivery.

Our products receive the utmost care with dual-sided filming on profiles and glass, and packaging in pearl foam cotton. Each item is then secured on a 40″x40″x2.0″ iron pallet, wrapped with iron pipes, reinforced with packing tape, and sealed with clear wrapping film.

Yes, we provide a robust warranty policy: 10 years for profile surfaces, 7 years for hardware, 3 years for screen windows and doors, and 2 years for glass, excluding breakage. Custom warranty solutions are available upon request.

We offer installation services in select cities: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Adelaide.

Our domestic factories offer complimentary storage for up to 30 days, giving you flexibility in your construction schedule.

Independent windows or single-leaf hinged doors are shipped in one package, while larger combinations may be divided. All necessary hardware is installed in the factory, except for specific components that are fitted on-site post-delivery.
